18.11.08  Yet more gigs lined up for 2009, the band has now aired 'The Prophecy' from Nostradamus as well as one or two other older Priest classics to a stonking response - get yourself along to a gig to find out what they are! Many more classic numbers promised for 2009 as the set gets a bit of a shake up!

18.06.08  Guy is settling in really well and the Beast is hotter than ever! The band's inspiration played Donington a few nights ago and were superb! As a nod to that the band is working on a few new numbers to keep the Priest faithful happy!

17.03.08 Guy Laverick is the newest member of the band, to replace Mark Unsworth who left the band due to personal commitments. The beast thunders on with its new blood!

20.01.08 The band have already played their first two two gigs with new drummer Kev Alderson and to full venues and rapturous receptions! They would like to thank all those who came to Trillians and The Office for their support and kind words and for making a really positive start to 2008 after a few necessary months off - it is really appreciated!  Spread the word and let's see you all in 2008 and as Priest say, keep the faith!

 

20.10.07 The band is pleased to announce that following the departure of Gary Unsworth, Kevin Alderson formerly of Metallica tribute, Damaged Inc, is the band's new drummer.

As anyone who has seen him play should agree, the band is confident that Kevin's powerhouse style will provide an essentially solid backbone for Judas Beast!

Now rehearsing with Kevin, who is furiously learning the Priest catalogue, the band will be gigging again in the new year.

IMPORTANT NEWS

The band has been unfortunately been forced to place itself on hold for the time being due to family and personal commitments. Please check with any venues before travelling to gigs. The band will make a firm announcement about future plans soon

05.02.07 - The band is looking forward to the gigs already pencilled in for 2007 after some overwhelmingly positive reception to their initial batch of gigs. Thanks you to all those who have supported the band so far and the band looks forward to seeing you again in even greater numbers! The band has completed work on a few more classic Priest tracks to assault your ears with!

18.11.06 -  The band have a selection of gigs outside their native North East throughout 2007 - check out the gigs page.

15.11.06 -  Apologies to Cumbrian fans - beyond the band's control, the band's appearance at Monroe's Bar in Workington on 2 December 2006 is cancelled. Maiden England will still appear that night. However, the band will appear at Monroe's at a later date - keep an eye on the gigs page.

17.10.06 -  Hot (Rockin'?!) News! The band is proud to announce the new voice of Judas Beast!

Martin 'Steeler' McManus is now officially the band's vocalist. Martin has the Halford vibe and range as well as a commanding stage presence. He will now be rehearsing hard with the band to get ready to gig as soon as possible. New promotional photos should be up on the site soon.

07.10.06  - Unfortunately, Glenn Howes has decided to leave the band.  Although there has been nothing but a positive reception to the band, Glenn and the band had slightly differing expectations from the project. The band wish him well in his future projects.

All planned gig commitments will be kept with stand-in vocalists. The band are now actively recruiting a replacement. If you are a quality rock vocalist who can handle the Halford range and are based in the North East - click on the 'Contact' button and email the band with your details.
